Born United, Live United Die United

Last Season proved to be a great one for all the United Fans as well as the neutrals because of the competitive nature of EPL, shocks of FA Cup and drama in the champions league. On two grounds United proved too good for the rest and in the FA cup bad refereeing cost us the game against pompeys but credit to Portsmouth they played their heart out and moved a huge step forward. Harry proved once again he is a great manager and under him i can see pompeys moving only in one direction and that is forward.
New Season is about to start in a few days times, and few pundits made liverpool favourites to win the title. I am still wondering, what were they thinking was that the Keane-Torres factor? If that is the case then this is not happening. Rest of the big four do have that level of class in their ranks, plus they have a better cover on the bench. Look at Chelsea they have Anelka, Drogba, Kolou, Shevchenko (not performing but has been a class act). Arsenal has Adebayor, Van Persie, Walcott, Bendtner and Eduardo to come back soon. United has Rooney, Tevez, Campbell, Saha (migh stay/ might not) and one big name is on his way to Theater of Dreams. Plus Ronaldo factor who played more as a striker than a winger last season.
No one can deny that, league can be won just by scoring or only by scoring against one and messing it up against other. You have to do it consistently slip ups are not affordable in EPL anymore. Tottenham scored 66 goals in the league last season but still managed to finish at 11. Why? because they conceded 61 goals.... 61.. man that's a sin.
As far as contenders for the league are concern i will agree with the bookmakers United and Chelsea are very close but you can't write off Arsenal. Gunners played really well last season but did lack experience at the business end of the season. But as the squad is getting older they would have learn their lesson. But as far as liverpool is concern best of luck to their supporters but i can't see them a real threat to other three.... why i am saying so... due to their great manager Rafa and his so called rotation policy. Their is nothing wrong with rotating the squad every manager does rotate his squad but nobody screw with the core of the system but Rafa is special he does and i am sure he will.
But whatever happens one thing is for sure we are about to witness another great season of football.
